One-time video packs
Solo drop is $9.90 for 1 video, Crew pack is $24.90 for 3, and Studio pack is $69.90 for 10. Every completed edit is 15 seconds. All packs use the same generation quality. There is no subscription.
Technical generation failure
A confirmed terminal generation failure returns one video credit to the same account. We do not automatically resubmit an uncertain provider task under a new paid identity. You can check status in My edits.
Cash refunds and billing issues
A returned video credit is different from a cash refund. For duplicate charges, payment errors, missing credits or a request concerning unused purchased credits, sign in and open Settings → Tickets. Include the order reference and issue category, without card numbers, CVC or payment secrets. Support reviews the transaction and request; this page does not promise automatic cash refunds or override statutory rights.
Payment confirmation
Credits are granted from trusted server-side payment confirmation. A closed checkout, a client success screen or a user-reported deduction is not treated as payment settlement. If confirmation is delayed, keep the order reference and return to the same account.
Checkout coverage
You can report payment problems from the pack chooser. Reports are saved only after a server acknowledgement; failed submissions can be retried. Stripe’s hosted page controls its own internal form, so our site cannot observe every error inside it.
