What you upload
Wassup Studio accepts 1–8 character photos to create a 15-second video. Upload only photos you are permitted to use. We store account details, orders, video-credit records and generation status needed to provide the service.
Private media and processing
Uploads and outputs are private to your account. Temporary signed links allow the generation provider to retrieve the files needed for your request. SeeAPI processes your reference images and the trend reference video. We do not operate a public gallery. Provider handling is governed by SeeAPI’s privacy terms; we do not promise that the provider trains no models or immediately deletes its copies.
Availability and deletion
Uploads and finished videos are available in your account for 7 days. Download results before they expire. Expired links stop serving files; storage cleanup may finish later. Account, billing and operational records are kept separately for support, fraud prevention and applicable obligations. Contact support through your account ticket area for deletion requests.
Payments and feedback
Stripe processes payment details. This website does not collect card numbers or CVC. Payment feedback uses fixed issue categories and account/order context, not card details, payment secrets or images. A payment complaint is not treated as proof of payment.
Analytics
We record limited product events and acquisition sources to understand how the tool is used. Direct traffic is recorded as direct; it is not inferred to come from an AI assistant. Internal QA records are classified separately where identifiable.

Sign in and open Settings → Tickets to ask privacy questions or request help. This policy describes the implemented product; provider availability is shown in the studio before purchase.
